If you’re like most people, you probably unfollowed someone on Instagram because you didn’t like their post. But if you accidentally unfollow someone, there are a few things you can do to make sure that your account remains active and that you don’t miss out on any new content.
- Check your account history: If you’ve been following someone for a while and haven’t unfollowed them, it’s likely that they’ve been inactive for a reason (like taking a break). To check your account history, open Instagram and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. On the left side of the screen, there will be a list of all of your followers. On the right side of the screen, there will be a list of all of your posts. If there is an unread post from someone on your account that has since been deleted or moved to another page, it will be listed in this list. To re-follow someone, just click on their name in the top left corner and select “follow.”
- Follow other people who interest you: If you’re not following anyone else specifically, it’s likely that you’re not getting as much new content as you’d like. Try following other people who interest you so that you can see what they’re up to and get inspired by their work or ideas. You might also want to follow other bloggers who have similar interests so that when they post something interesting or helpful, it’ll be worth following!
- Use filters: If there are some specific interests or topics that are particularly important to you (like fashion or beauty), then using filters can help make sure that all of your posts are focused on those topics only! Just type in what topic or interestyou want to focus on and then hit “filter by.” For example, if I wanted my posts to only include images about fashion, I would type “fashion” into the filter box and
