If you’re a journalist, then you know that deleting stories from your Instagram account can be a way to get them off your mind. But if you’re like most people, you don’t know how to do it. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your Instagram account and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.
  2. Scroll down and click on the three lines in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to your deleted stories page.
  3. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen again and this time, select “delete story.” You’ll be asked for your password, which you’ll need to enter if you’ve ever used this site before. Once you’ve clicked on “delete story,” all of your deleted stories will be gone and they won’t appear in any future searches or notifications from Instagram for new posts about them!
