Google Family Link is a new feature that allows parents to keep track of their children’s online activity. It’s easy to set up and can be done on a laptop. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to google.com/familylink and sign in.
  2. Click on the family link icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. On the family link screen, click on Add child.
  4. Enter your child’s name and email address, and click Next.
  5. On the next screen, you will be asked to choose a parent account or create a new one if you don’t have one yet. If you already have an account with Google, enter your login information and click Next. If not, create an account now and click Next again. You will need your child’s email address for this step as well as their birthdate (or age if they are not yet born). You can also add other members of your family if you want by clicking Add other members below their name (you will need their email addresses too).
