If you’re a Uber driver and want to use the app to get a ride, you need to sign in with your phone. But if you don’t have a phone, how do you sign in? Here are some tips:

  1. Open the Uber app and sign in with your username and password.
  2. If you don’t have a username or password, create one. You can find them on the app’s main screen.
  3. Once you’ve signed in, open the “My Ride” tab and select an available ride. If there’s no available ride, or if the ride is too far away for you to take, tap “Request Ride” on the bottom left corner of the screen and enter your address or phone number into the text field below.
  4. When your ride arrives, open Uber and select it from the list of rides that appear onscreen (or tap “Request Ride” again).
