If you’re like many Melaleuca customers, you may have been wondering how to suspend your account. Suspending your account is a great way to avoid being charged for products you no longer want or need. Here’s how to suspend your Melaleuca account:

  1. Log in to your account at melaleuca.com.
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Under “Account Settings,” click on “Suspend My Account.”
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the suspension process. ..

If you suspend your account or become inactive for more than 90 days, Melaleuca will suspend your discount privileges until you reactivate your account. If this happens and you do not wish to reactivate your account, here are some tips on how to solve Account Suspended:

  1. Deactivate Your Membership

You can deactivate your own membership through the “My Account” link located in the upper right corner of the Melaleuca website. If you suspend your account, your discounts will be reinstated after 90 days of inactivity.

If you do not want to wait for your discount privileges to come back or if you just want to cancel all membership dues, you can deactivate your account immediately and contact a customer service representative to suspend it.

Your membership dues are non-refundable but will be applied as a credit towards other products sold at Melaleuca instead if you wish to purchase something within 6 months after cancellation.

The quickest way to suspend an account that has been suspended is through emailing them directly from their website [LINK: http://www.melaleuca.com/ContactUs/ContactUs.htm].

The community relations department is usually the best to contact for questions about cancelled or suspended accounts.

  1. Wait it out

To reactivate your account, you will have to wait for 90 days from the day that your discount privileges were suspended before they are reinstated. After this time period expires, your orders will once again be eligible for discounts. You can see a list of recent orders under My Account > Order History section on the Melaleuca website.

If you are worried that something might happen while your account is inactive such as change in credit card details, just send an email to [email protected] and include a copy of your most recent order confirmation with discrepancies highlighted so they can suspend your account right away.
