If you’re like most people, you keep your Facebook and Instagram accounts in separate folders. But if you’re like me, sometimes you need to sync the contact information for both accounts. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your Facebook account.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of your screen and select “sync contacts.”
  3. Enter your Instagram username and password into the fields below and click on “sync.”
  4. You’ll be asked to confirm the sync before it starts. If everything goes well, you’ll see a message in your Facebook account telling you that all of your contacts have been updated!
