If you’re like most people, you probably have at least one iPhone and one iPad. And if you’re like most people, you also probably have music stored on those devices. But if you want to move your music from one iPhone to another, there are a few things you need to know. First, the songs must be in the same format as they were on the first device. If they’re not, Apple will likely not allow them to be transferred. Second, the songs must be in iTunes format. Third, they must be in .m3u8 or .m4a format. Finally, they must have been added to your iTunes library on the first device. If all of these conditions are met, go ahead and transfer your music to your new device by following these steps:

  1. Open iTunes and click on the “Music” tab. This will show all of your music that is stored on your devices.
  2. Scroll down and find the song that you want to transfer from your old device to your new one. It should be listed under “Songs.” If it isn’t, make sure that it is by clicking on its name and then clicking on its thumbnail so that it becomes visible.
  3. Click on the “Copy” button next to the song’s name and then click on “Paste into New Device.” You’ll now be able to see both devices’ lists of songs and select which ones you want to copy over. If everything goes according to plan, both devices should now contain identical copies of all of your music!
