If you’re a customer of AT&T, you may be wondering how to turn off message sync on your phone. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Settings app and navigate to the Accounts section.
  2. Scroll down and find the Message Sync section.
  3. Toggle the switch next to “Message Sync” to “Off.”

Please note that AT&T message sync was added for iOS 7 and cannot be disabled when connected with version 6.0 or earlier of our app, but it can be disabled once upgraded to the current version of our app (7.5+).
