Xbox One owners have been complaining about the crossplay feature for a while now. Crossplay is when players on different platforms can play together, but Xbox One users have been having trouble turning it off. Xbox Live director of programming Larry Hryb said in a statement that “We are working on a solution to enable cross-platform play between Xbox One and Windows 10 PC players.” Microsoft has not yet released a patch that will disable crossplay. Some Xbox One users have been reporting that they cannot turn off crossplay even after following the instructions on Microsoft’s website. Others say they were able to turn off crossplay but then it disappeared from their profiles. Microsoft is still working on a solution to enable cross-platform play between Xbox One and Windows 10 PC players, but until then, Xbox One owners will have to disable crossplay if they want to play with other players on different platforms. ..
