If you’re an iPhone user, there’s a good chance you’ve been using presidential alerts to stay informed about the latest news and events. But if you’re not happy with the way these alerts are delivered, there’s a way to turn them off. To do this, open the Settings app and select “Notifications.” Under “Notifications,” select " Presidential Alerts." From here, you can choose to have alerts delivered only when a specific person or event is mentioned, or all notifications for that day. If you’re not comfortable with having presidential alerts delivered to your phone every time something important happens, it’s best to disable them altogether. But if you want to be up-to-date on all the latest news and events without having to worry about potential spoilers, then disabling presidential alerts may be the solution for you.
