Instagram is a great way to keep in touch with friends and family, but it can also be a great way to connect with people who you don’t know. Sometimes, people will send you messages that you don’t want to see. To turn off seen messages on Instagram, you can use the following steps:

  1. Open Instagram and sign in.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Settings.”
  3. On the “Settings” screen, click on “Message History.”
  4. In the “Message History” section, click on the three lines that look like this: “From,” “To,” and “Subject.”
  5. On the “Subject” line, type in “turnoff seen messages.”
