Xbox controllers are not always easy to turn off on PC. Sometimes, you have to use a special tool or change some settings in the Xbox controller’s Properties. In this article, we will show you how to turn off Xbox controller on PC.

  1. Open the Xbox controller’s Properties. This is located in the top-left corner of the controller’s screen.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “Settings” tab. This will open a new window with several options.

On the “Settings” tab, you can change various settings related to your Xbox controller such as “Inputs.” If you want your Xbox controller to work without any input, select “No Input.” If you want your computer to recognize and use your Xbox controllers’ buttons and triggers, select “Yes Input.” If you want your computer to only use button presses and no triggers, select “Only Button Presses.” Finally, if you want your computer to only use button presses and no triggers but also allow for other input (for example using a gamepad), select “Multi-Button Input.”
