If you’re like most people, you probably have seen Instagram’s “seen” tab on your screen. This tab shows the latest posts from your friends and followers. You can see what they’ve liked, commented on, and shared. But what if you don’t want to see all of those posts? There are a few ways to turn off your seen tab on Instagram. The first way is to open up Instagram’s settings and then click on the “seen” tab. There, you can change how often your “seen” tab appears on your screen. You can also choose to hide the “seen” tab altogether. The second way to turn off your seen tab is to use the app’s keyboard shortcut (or by pressing Command+Option+E). When you press this key combination, Instagram will show you a list of all of your friends’ and followers’ posts that have been viewed recently. To hide one or more of those posts, just hit Command+Option+H or Option+Command+H. The last way to turn off your seen tab is to use the app’s search bar at the top of the screen. Type in “seen” and hit enter. Then, select whether or not you want to see all of your friends’ and followers’ posts that have been viewed recently in that particular category (e.g., photos).
