Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) is a suite of antivirus, antispyware, and firewall software. It is available as a standalone product or as part of Symantec’s Total Security product line. SEP can be uninstalled in two ways: through the Windows Control Panel or using the Symantec Endpoint Protection Uninstaller. To uninstall SEP through the Windows Control Panel, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel by clicking on Start, clicking on Control Panel, and then clicking on System and Security.
  2. Under System and Security, click on Programs and Features.
  3. Under Programs and Features, click on Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP).
