If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to document your life and share photos with friends. But if you’ve been locked out of your account for any reason, there are a few steps you can take to get it back.

  1. Go to Instagram’s website and sign in. If you’re using an iPhone or Android device, open the app and sign in with your username and password.
  2. If you’re using an Instagram account that’s been temporarily locked, go to the account settings and click on the “lock account” link. This will take you to a page where you can enter your username and password again.
  3. Once you’ve entered your username and password, click on the “lock account” button again. You’ll now be able to access your account from within the app!
