In MoneyGram’s Terms and Conditions, it states that MoneyGram may refuse to provide its services to anyone at any time. Moneygram reserves the right not to process or cancel a transfer request for reasons such as suspected fraud, misuse of service by the sender or receiver, use of an invalid account number, insufficient funds in the account, or dishonor of payment. MoneyGram may also refuse to process a transfer if it suspects that the individual is being blacklisted by Moneygram, Moneygram has flagged your account as high risk and you are not able to provide sufficient ID verification information during registration, or if MoneyGram learns after registering with Moneygram that an individual has been arrested for fraud related activity on any website in the past ten years.
Moneygram does not impose any maximum withdrawal or deposit limits on an account. MoneyGram reserves the right to refuse a transaction, for example if it is suspected of being fraudulent.
