It’s been a long time since the Xbox 360 was considered a top-selling console. But according to some analysts, the console may be dead. According to The Wall Street Journal, Microsoft is “quietly” considering retiring the Xbox 360. The reason for this is unknown, but it could be that the company doesn’t believe in its potential as a gaming platform anymore. This isn’t the first time that Microsoft has made such a statement. In February of this year, Microsoft announced that it would be discontinuing its Kinect sensor technology. This was likely done in order to focus on other platforms such as the Playstation 4 and Playstation 3. But even if Microsoft does decide to retire the Xbox 360, there are still plenty of games available for it to play. Some of these include Halo 4, Gears of War 3, and Forza Horizon 4.
