R3 is a new game development studio founded in early 2018 by Sony Interactive Entertainment America president Shawn Layden and PlayStation Europe president David Cage. The company’s first title, a new IP called “Shadow of the Colossus,” is set to release on the PlayStation 4 in 2019.
