It’s not uncommon for Roblox to terminate user accounts for a variety of reasons, including violations of our Terms of Service. If you believe that your account was terminated in error, please reach out to us at support@roblox.com and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. ..

It’s important to remember that playing games with your friends is more fun than playing alone. If you want to play with a different user or in a different game, you have the option of starting over and creating a new character from scratch. The other players won’t be affected by your old account being terminated—they’ll continue to play as normal.

If you were terminated based on our Terms of Use policy violation:

We understand that sometimes people make mistakes—it’s how they learn! As long as users are not violating Roblox’s TOU , we may offer them another chance if their account is still active. While the majority of users do not abuse our policies, we take all reports seriously and act accordingly when necessary; this includes actions such as suspensions and permanent terminations.

We are saddened to see accounts like this get terminated, but it’s important that we do take action against reported terms of service violations before they cause harm to others on Roblox. To protect the health and well being of our vibrant community, we may terminate any account that is found violating our TOU . For additional information regarding policy violations, please see the following help article: What Happens When You Break The Rules If your account was terminated because someone else used or tried to use it without permission:

If you suspect your account might have been compromised by a user who would try to break our rules or hurt others on Roblox, please visit our Account Recovery page for more information.

Non-English language support is limited at this time. We encourage users that need assistance with account security or termination to use a translator tool (such as Google Translate).
