Xbox One director of marketing Phil Spencer said in an interview with IGN that “We don’t have any announcements at this time.” This could mean that Escape from Tarkov is not one of the games that will be released on Xbox One. It is possible that this is because Microsoft wants to focus on other projects for the console. Escape from Tarkov was created by Russian game developer Escape Games and published by Koch Media. The game was first announced in February of this year and has since been released for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android and PlayStation 4.
